Is it possible to be connected with older exhibitors?
Not directly, sorry. But we have our own Discord Channel for any kind of communication some months before gamescom and you will meet a lot of “old” exhibitors there.
What is not included in the rental price?
The standard offer only covers the furniture. Hardware, branding, TV screens, internet, etc. are not included. However, it’s possible to arrange these items for you as add-ons for an extra fee.
Do you also assist in hiring local staff or models for promotional activities?

What are the rules regarding food and beverage distribution at our booth?
Feel free to enjoy food and drinks at your booth. If you would like to serve drinks free of charge, please make sure that, for example, energy drinks are not given to persons under the age of 16.
What security measures are in place for exhibitor material overnight?
Security is included as part of all standard offers. Additionally, the rental price covers security services throughout the night.
What are the electrical and internet connection options available?
It depends on the size of the booth: S max. 1,5 kW, M max. 3 kW, L max. 3 x 3 kW. For gamescom, they provide various packages ranging from 10Mbit to 100Mbit. These options are not included in the standard offer and must be booked separately as add-ons.
What restrictions does gamescom set for each booth? What information should we be aware of?
Each game requires an age rating from USK. I’ll handle this process for all exhibitors, and it won’t incur any additional charges.
